Rogers's office, High Street, Blenheim, on WEDNESDAY, the 12th April, at 9 p.m. Acceptances closeon SATURDAY, the 22nd April, at 9 p.m. Handicaps declared on MONDAY, the 17th April. 2. All evenfo will be conducted under the rules of the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union. 3. Any race may be run off in heats at the discretion of the committee. "When an event is contested in more than two preliminary heats, the first and second in each heat shall run in the final. If only two heats, the first, second and third in each shall run in the final. 4. All events of 150 yards and less will be ruii off in tapes. 5. Tho Committee reserve the right to have any . competitor re-handi-capped after publication of handicaps. 6. The Committee reserve the righi to withdraw any event, or reduce the prizes, if not sufficient entries. 7.
