STAMP PRINTING.
LONDON, March 3. Sir Francis Ilobhouse, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, in the House of Commons, detailed the arrangements which have been made for printing postage .stamps at the Mint, thus saving £40>QQ0 annually. He also suggested that the Colonies should utilise;-{he .Mint for stamps.
