A SHAREBROKER'S CLAIM

[PEiiSfl ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. TS/lr Justice Cooper to-day granted •an application, by Edward Anderson, vsharebroker, for the removal of his name from the register of the Shortland Flat Gold-mining Company, and made an order for the repayment of £250 paid by him upon an application for shares. The plaintiff had withdrawn His application for shares before notice of allotment had been despatched, and claimed that he was entitled to do so, as the provisions of the-Act in reference to allotment had not been complied with—viz., until the full capital of the company had been subscribed.
