WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. A young man named Albert Williams, aged 21, an engineer, in company with two companions was swimming from a dinghy at Karaka Bay yesterday. Williams was attempting to climb into the'boat when it overturned, and must have struck him on the head. He was carried ashore, uncorisciousj and restorative measures were resorted to. . Williams revived after a' while, Taut suddenly, collapsed and expired, heart failure; caused "by shock, "being the cause of death.
