WELLINGTON, Sept. 26

The residence of H. W. Frost, ■dentist, at Oriental Bay, was burned yesterday afternoon The house consisted, of eleven rooms. The owner was away, and Ms wife wont out in the afternoon leaving a small fire in the kitchen grate. Scarcely anything was saved. The loss is about £1200, which is mostly covered by insurance.
