In the Napier Magistrate's Court to-day (says a Press Association telegram) Herbert Walter Insull, alias Orr, was ordered to be surrendered to the j-iritish authorities on a charge of embezzling £500 from his employers, Lloyd and Sons, Shropshire. The accused admitted his identity.
