LONDON, June 1. The Derby resulted as follows: — Lemberg 1, Greenback 2, Charles O'Malley 3. .

Neil Grow was troublesome at the post. Greenback led, with Lemberg, Wild-flower,' and Neil Gow in close attendance. These positions were practically unaltered till a few yards from the post. Won by a neck, two lengths separating second and third. Neil Gow was close up,, fourth. Time, 2min 35 l-ssec, which constitutes a record.
