PALMERSTON N., April 6. The insurances on Millar and George's stock total £4000, and on the fittings £300. The stock is covered as follows: —Liverpool and London and Globe £300, Yorkshire £500, Ocean £800, Phoenix £250, Standard £200 (also £300 on the fittings), Alliance £750, New Zealand £500, Royal £500, the latter is on the stock of the back premises, aaad was not affected. The loss on the stock is estimated a.t £320. Pedgen's polishing room and stock are insured in the Yorkshire for £400. The loss ,is believed to be between £500 and £600.
