(Received April 6, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, April .5. Lord Jersey, who is In bad health, lias dropped his libel suit against Mr Xlewellyn Williams, M.P. The case arose out of allegations made against Lord Jersey as a landlord at Swansea.
