WAITOHI FOOTBALL CLUB.

ANNUAL MEETING,

The annual meeting of the Waitohi Football Club was held in the Terminus Hotel, Picton,. on Friday evening, Mr Watson occupying the chair. • :- n' ■ ? The balance-sheet was submitted, showing a credit balance of £2,3s lid. The balance-sheet was adopted. OFFICE-BEARERS. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr H. A. McCormick; President, Mr Watson; VicePresidents, Messrs Green, Price, L. Smith, Nicol, Healy; Management Committee, Messrs F. Ken*, Sheen, T. Matthews, A. Whiting, and T. Watson; Captain, J. Carter; Vicecaptain, W. Gibbs; Selection Committee, W. Godfrey, F. Rouse, F. Kerr, and the captain and vice-captain; Secretary and Treasurer, W. Godfrey; Auditor, L. Smith; DONATIONS. Donations were promised from Messrs Watson (two gold 'medals), Price (two gold medals), Kerr (one gold medal), and Green. It was decided that players must take part in two-thirds of the matches before being eligible for the trophies. They will be allotted to the best allround player, the best forward, the best back, the most improved player, and the member who takes the most interest in the club. COMPETITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. The club will enter for the junior competition and have the same colors as last season, , and the subscription was fixed at 3s. THANKS. Tine usual vote of thanks to the chair brought the meeting to a close.
