EIGHT MEN ABOARD AND NO . PROPELLING POWER.

SYDNEY, March 12. A tugboat towing the dredge Ulysses up to the Richmond River lost her tow. The whereabouts of the dredge are unknown. She has eight men aboard, and no propelling power. A heavy sea is running. The Government are arranging to despatch a search steamer.
