LONDON, March 11. Sir Edward Grey, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that the emigration of reservists -was permitted only to a limited extent. Regarding soldiers wb© had •completed their engagements, he said that the Army Council would be glad if employment with Oversea Dominions <tefen«e forces could be guaranteed for, say, two years. This would ■enable them to take up work for which they were fully qualified, and -would benefit the Dominions. "While settling down in their new environment no advances on reserves* pay *could %c made. No definite steps had Ibeen taken to ascertain the Dominions' views in this direction.
