CIVIL SERVICE ESTIMATES.
LONDON, March 10. The' Civil Service Estimates amount -of £66,068,102, compared with actual grants last session of £62,888,302. They include £14,064,677 for education, £9,220,000 for old-age pensions, '£400,000 for the development fund, and £40,000 for the Prince of Wales's •visit to South Africa.
