SUPREME COURT.
[press association.] HOKITIKA, March 10. The Supreme Court sittings opened before Mr Justice Chapman this morning. The Grand Jury found no bill in the charge of alleged assault against Constable Dunn. This was the only criminal business. A libel case was adjourned till next sitting. WELLINGTON, March 10. Decrees nisi were granted by the Chief Justice in the following divorce cases to-day: Crawford v. Crawford, husband's petition, desertion; Shep- ' herd v. Shepherd, wife's petition adultery; Phillips v. Phillips, wife's petition, adultery; McGinnity v. McGinnity, husband's petition.
