THE PAYMENT OF-LABOR MEMBERS.
[press association.] (Received Feb. 3, 9.25 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3. The Labor Party claim that upwards <>f one-half the Members of the new House of Commons pledged themselves during the election to support a Bill altering the law as set forth in the Osborne judgment in regard to W-ies on members of trades unionists for the purpose of providing the salaries of Labor Members of Parliament.
