WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. lhe body of Noal Millar, groom, for 10. years in the service of Dr Cahill has been found in the harbour. He , yas aged 42, and single. ■ ~ „ . Later. At the.inquest 011 Neal Millar whose body was found in the harbour the evidence showed that the deceased was a temperate man. He was lastseen alive at 11.20 p.m. on the 30th December. He was then sober. In all probability he was unconscious when he entered the water." There were bruises on the body, probably caused before death. A verdict was returned that doallx-was due to drowning, but that there.- was not sufficient evidence to show how the deceased got into the water.
