The Industrial -Court granted ieawe' to prosecute Peter Bowling, Hutton, the northern miners 5 delegate, Butler, .president, and O'Connor, secretary of the Coal Lumpers' Union, under Mr Wade's new Act for taking part in a 'strike meeting on the south «oast a few days ;agt>. , The case has been fixed to foe heard in Sydney on Tuesday next. Judge Heydon said he hoped that he would not have to try Bowling, with whom he had been associated for several jtnonths on a Royal pommfe sion, and whom he had learned -to respect for his mental powers and the -open and strenuous way in which he used his reason in discussion.
