JOCKEY DIES OF INJURIES.
PALMERSTON N., Jan. 4. F. Whitehouse, who was injured when Arcadia fell in the Hack Hurdle race at the Rangitikei races yesr terday,, <Eed in the hospital at this morning without regaining consciousness. Death was. due to a fractured skull and hemorrhage of the brain.
