SUSPENDED IN MID-AIR.

LADY TOURIST'S THRILLING

EXPERIENCE

[press association.]

BRISBANE, Jan. 1. A lady visiting the Barron Falls had a thrilling experience a clay or two ago. She slipped and fell over a cliff, but her dress caught in a tree 80ft down the face of the precipice, and there she hung suspended, a sheer 500.ft from the bottom.

Help was soon at hand, and the lady was rescued from her terrible position, suffering nothing more than some slight cuts and bruises.
