Scott Memorial Handicap: St. Bill 1, Ballarat 2, Simplex 3. Ate o started: Liso and Te Ik. Won by a neck. J

Maiden Hack: Bow Bells 1, Attention 2, Monologue 3. There were seven other starters. Won by a length. J

Ohakea Hack Hurdles: Playmate J Polyanthus t 2, Aotea 3. Also yinStayboy and Tyrannic. Won by three lengths.

Carnarvon Hack: Dervish 1 Wa.ioiiru f % Fond Memory 3. \lso started: Toanga and Ambergris. Won by four lengths. Rangitikei Cup: Koran 1. Mendip 2, AVaipaku and Irish Rifle (dead heat). Eight others started. Won by half a length. Railway Hack Hurdles: Maku 1 Moose 2, Chase Mab 3. Also ran! lokoroa and Ranter. Won by i length. •>

Makowhai Welter: Taitoko 1. Aberration 2, Marathon 3. Also startedGold Treasure. Won by two lengths Pukenui Hack Welter: Teotane 1 Midian 2, Capt. Bell 3. Six others started.
