{JFJtOM OTJB COXUBESPQNDBNT.] HAVELOOK, Wednesday. On Boxing Day a large number of people from all parts met at Moetapu to be prasent at the annual regatta. The day was all that could be de-^ sired, and I am sure that all pleasureseekers had a real good day's outing. Won jby two lengths. -; Third-class Launch Race, or £4 10s.—0. Passau's Pohutakawa, 9min v , \ 1. A. Stuart's Waihohonu, scr., and Isaac Turner's Wave, 4min 27sec., also started. The Waihohonu broke down, and Wave dropped out, leaving Pohutakawa to finish alone. Boys' Pair-oar, of 30s.— rHutcjhinfion Bros. 1; Climb and C. Smith and McLeod as handicappers, Mr John Gould as Sdge, Mr Owen Passau as starrer, r T. D. Taylor as secretary, ana Messrs J. Gorrie, Bert Brown, W. Warner, sen., and A. G.
