AUCKLAND, Dec. 17
Mr Cutten, S.M., fined William Winn, grocer, £5 Is to-day for selling Steams' wine without a license. The wine was advertised as having tonic medicine properties, but the Magistrate found as a fact that this wine was a beverage.
