LAND BANKS

LONDON, Oct. 6. In the House of Commons, Sir Gilbert Parker gave notice of a motion approving the policy of the establishment of Land Banks, and urging the Government to appoint a Select Committee to inquire into the working of Land Banks and similar institutions in the' Colonies.
