The Marlborough Racing; Club's spring meeting was continued to-day "in the presence*of a, fair attendance of the public. The weather was cloudy, and a heavy wind was blowing. Also started: Phaoro, 10.7 (Robinson). King Try led the whole way, and won by a length from Glentui, who beat Jet de More for second place. Time, lmin 21 2-ssec.
