VICTIM SUPPOSED TO HAVE FAINTED. NAPIER, June 17. Mrs Robson, who, was burned to death at Porangahau, was 25 years of age. Her husband was in a workshop 40 yards away, and did not see the fire, which was burning furiously when the alarm was raised. A neighbour named Sutton rushed to the window just in time to rescue the three-year-old boy. It is supposed that a candle caught the curtain, and Mrs Robson, who was in a delicate state of health, fainted before she could give the alarm.
