AUCKLAND, May 3. Sergt. Reginald Otter, of the Otamatea Mounted Rifles, shot himself in his tent at the Paparoa camp at midnight on Saturday. He had been in ill-health for some time. The jury at the inquest returned a verdict of suicide while temporarily insane.
