Salibi Pasha, commsvnder of the Second Army Corps, has been appointed to the "War Office. The other portfolios are unchanged. Sultan Mohammed attended a Selamlik at Santa Sophia. Six sheep were sacrificed before-the mosque m celebration of the event. Mohammed wore khaki as a compliment to the Salonikan troops. ■ ■ • . Several members of the Liberal Union who were arrested were released with apologies.
