The Techiraghan palace is of marble, richly appointed. It was the ycene -of Abdul Aziz's assassination and ' Murad V.'s imprisonment. A brfdge-connects the gardens of the palace with the Yikliz Kiosk. Ab<Ml Hamid was deserted, save for a^ few women, before his dethronement.
A fresh outbreak of looting srd incen'diafism occurred at Adana on Monday night. The situation is critical.
