LONDON, April. 24. -.The United States Government-has inquired from Sir Edward Grey, how far Turkey would be acting in accordance with the Berlin Treaty in taking steps to stop the wholesale slaughter that is proceeding in Asia Minor.
• The Times' correspondent at Constantinople learns, on the authority of a Deputy attending the new National Assembly sitting at. San Stefano, that the latter has decided in favour of the Sultan's dethronement.
