A STEAMER DAMAGED

AUCKLAND, April 23. The steamer Lauderdale, when being towed out iof the doc^t by1 the Harbour Board's tug, collided with the wharf, and damaged her rudder and propeller. She was re-docked to-day. It is estimated that repairs will cost about £100. The steamer's departure for Greymouth has been delayed for a week.
