Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs, - and or any additional race or races a further penalty of 51bs. Hurdles i lhe winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs, and for any additional -hurdle race 71bs extra. Definition of a Hack.—A.
