Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner or any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs, and or any additional race or races a further penalty of 51bs. Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the value of 100 soys., or races of thecollective value of 250 eovs., up to the date of nomination.
