Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner ol any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs, and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51bs. Hurdles: Ihe winner of any hurdle race after! the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs, and for any additional hurdle race 71bs extra. Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is » Horse that has not won a race of the value of 100 soys., or races of the collective value of 250 soys., up to the date of nomination.
