The'Times's Vienna correspondent States that Austria's standpoint requires .Seryia to >recogriise the non-existence of any right .to make .claims in connection with the annexation .of Uosnia ; and Herzegovina. Servia must humbly beg some economic favours, the grafting of which iis not an international affair.
Other sources indicate that Austria is determined to deal with Servia direct, in order to present a fait .accompli to the Conference.
