BRISBANE, Nov. IS. In fhe Assembly to-day, Mr 'Bowman, leader of the Labor, Party, after Siostile criticism of the events leading up to the. formation of the Coalition Ministry and of the Government proposals, moved: "That the constitution of the Ministry is a violation of the will of tlis people, as expressed at the ballot-box in February, and therefore the Ministry does not possess the confidence of tne House." The Premier (Mr Kidston), m replying, declared that the real reason for the motion was the animosity of the Labor Party to himself. The debate is proceeding.
