REFUSE TO GO TO THE

PROVINCES

(Received Nov. 2, 8.18 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 1. A company of soldiers at the T-ash-kishla barracks, Constantinople, on being ordered to the provinces, refused to go. Another battalion fired, killing three mutineers and wounding fifteen. Eiwhtv of the soldiers were arrested.
