BARLEY JUDGING AT SHOW.
TO THE EDITOIt
Sir, —The Committee of the A. and P- Association met recently, but in the report which afterwards appeared of the meeting 1 could not see that they took any notice of the many letters which hare from time to-time appeared in your valued paper objecting to Mr Seymour Fell's appointment as judge of the barley exhibits. Now, Sir, is this to be put down to remissness on th& part of the committee or do they consider it is right Mr Fell should act? All that we ask is that the committee appoint an outside judge, who neither knows nor is interested in one of us farmers, and' whose decision will be accepted by us all as given on actual merit. Exhibitors only want what is reasonable and fair, and I am sure the committee will yet see that this is accorded them.—l am. etc., A BARLEY GROWER.
