In the House of Commons to-day, immediately after the questions wera disposed of, Mr Victor Grayson, Socialist Member for Colne Valley, greatly excited, moved the adjournment m order to discuss the question.' of unemployment. The Speaker declared that tha' Licensing Bill was the first business. Mr Grayson refused to permit discussion of the Licensing Bill while people were starving in the streets, and refused to obey the Speaker's ruling either to -it down or to stow speaking. ' Ultimately the Sergeant-at-Arms removed him, and Mr Grayson was suspended for the rest of the sitting.
