CONSERVATIVES WANT IT
STOPPED

OTTAWA, July 15
Several Conservatives in the Dominion House of Commons urged that preference to Britain was useless, and asked if it could be withdrawn as a means of retaliation to Britain's embargo on Canadian cattle.
Mr Fielding replied: "Wecould, but I iihink that it would be "unwise."
