EFFECT OF THE SPEECH.
NERVOUS TONE ON THE BOURSE. (Received June 17, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 16. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin correspondent is authorised to state_ that the Government sees in the cordiality of King Edward's meeting with the Tsar at Reval neither change in the political situation nor cause for umbrage. The correspondent adds that the Kaiser's speech nevertheless had a disquieting effect, and was responsible for a nervous tone on the Bourse.
