THE OTIRA ROBBERY.
the case Against todd and HEALY. [press association.] GREYMOUTH, June 13. John Todd and Frank Healy, alias Walsh, were charged yesterday with committing v 'burglary at the Otira railway station .and stealing £132 10s, moneys belonging tb the Government. Several witnesses xesiding at Kumara and Otira gave evidence that they had seen til© accused riding bicycles on the road to Otira on the day previous to the robbery, and returning next day. One witness stated that he saw the men meet in Kumara, one haying arrived from Greymouth the night before and the other from Hokitika in the morning. The' Court adjourned until Monday morning. Bail v was fixed at £200 each and sureties of £100 each.
