Stolypin, the Russian Prime Minister, and M. Isvolsky, Minister for Foreign Affairs, resulted in a complete understanding regarding Macedonia. Russia agreed to accept Sir Edward Grey's recommendation that the revenues of Macedonia should be primarily devoted to local needs.
