_ +- RUSSIA ACCEPTS BRITAIN'S PROPOSALS. [press association.] (Received June 12, 0.12 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, June 11. Prolonged interviews among Sir Charles Hardinge, Permanent Undersecretary for foreign Affairs, Sir Arthur Nicolson, British Ambassador at St. Petersburg, M. Stolypin, the Russian Prime Minister, and M. Isvolsky, Minister for Foreign Affairs, resulted in a complete understanding regarding Macedonia. Russia agreed to accept Sir Edward Grey's recommendation that the revenues of Macedonia should be primarily devoted to local needs.
