The German Crown Prince continues his studies of administration at the Home Office ; writes the Serlin correspondent of a London newspaper. At nine o'clock he appears at his desk, where he and one of the leading officials go over several "cases" selected for the Prince's, study. This lasts till eleven, when the Prince waits on the Minister to listen to reports of various officials. The Prince takes copious notes, which he afterwards discusses with *the Minister. With regard to the Prince's attendance at the Technical High School at Charlottenburg an interesting remark is made by the Koelnische Zeitung to the effect that the Prince's technical studies are significant as pointing out to all that a new direction must shortly be given to the preliminary studies demanded by the State from those entering its service. The study of languages and literature must be supplemented by technical studies. The Crown Prince is not only in regular attendance at the Home Office, but he has also, as is known, announced his intention of attending several series of lectures at the techical high school at Charlottenburg. Accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, he visited the other day the Prefecture of Police, where for three hours he minutely examined the system and saw many interesting things, for example, the criminals' museum, the methods employed in measuring and identifying criminals, etc. He was also taken to the political department, where he doubtless learned many curious things. His visit was wound up with an attendance at the reading of lwo reports, one on the control of ofnc on street tram lines, and the ■' on police censorship of plays.
