MR BOTHA'S'PART.
[PEESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received May 31, 4.23 p.m.) LONDON, May 30. Mr Churchill, Jin presiding at the South African dinner, said that depression was gradually yielding to economic revival. The historical result of the war, giving a single flag and eliminating duality, imparted a powerful impulse to federation. The Imperial Government's attitude was essentially one of vigilance and encouragement. He hoped that Mr Botha would play a great part in the upbuilding of a loyal, free and united South Africa,'with a unity as complete as Canada's. \
