''Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, . Blenheim, report the sale of blocks 3 and 4 Upton Downs and Welds Hill estates on* account of the syndicate to Mr J. T. Dalton of Canvastown. Block 3, comprising 800 acres of rich agricultural land, at £11 5s per acre, and block 4, containing 4420 acres, adjoining block 3, and comprising rich flats and downs in the front, and good healthy sheep country at the back at £3 7s 6d per acre. Mr Dalton is to be congratulated upon securing the. pick of the estate, and his many friends in the district will join in wishing him success. The company report that they have good inquiries for the balance of the estate, and hope shortly to report a clearance.
