[PBESS ASSOCIATION.] WESTPORT, May 29. The Bourke murder case is still proceeding before Mr. Rawson, S.J\t., with Mr Wilson for the prosecution and Mr McDonald for the defence. The evidence this morning was directed to a corroboration of the statement that the accused were at the Victoria Theatre from five minutes to eight onward. The time fixed by one of the prosecution's witnesses when Connelly took Bourke out of Aj'res' Hotel and delivered him to the accused is about 8,. The Crown is calling rebutting evidence this afternoon

Chief Detective Mcllveny and Inspector Black are engaged in the case.
