[press association.] (Received May 8, 0.58 a.m.) MOROCCO, May- 7. Mulai Hand, the Moroccan Pretender, has been welcomed at Mekinz. He is going on a pilgrimage to the tomb of Mulai Idria, which is always undertaken by every Sultan on succeeding to the throne. Mulai Hand is now assured of a welcome at Fez.
