[rBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received May 2, 9.31 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 1. A v private cablegram received herS states that Sydney will \be the first port of call of the American Fleet inj the Commonwealth.
The Fleet is expected to reach Auek-« land on August 15, and after remaining about a fortnight in New Zealand waters it will proceed direct to Syd-i ney. ■ ' .
