A somewhat unusual opportunity will be presented'at Seddon on Tuesday nexi,. when the N.Z.. Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will sell by auction at "Marathon, 5' Seddon, the residence of Mr Fred. S, Barnes, his two threshing- arid chaffcutting^ plants and his surplus live stock and farm implements. The two plants are complete, . comprising engine, combine and chaffcutter, manufactured by makers of high' reputation, and are in first-class working order, and their ownership provides an assured income, as they are employed practically the whole* year round in the various requirements of this district. In selecting his farm implements Mr Barnes studied quality, not fancied economy, and with careful. attention since these have been in his possession they are, to-day, in as perfect working order as when new. The horses to be offered have been especially selectred, or bred, by Mr Barnes for his own use and their quality is such that those desirous of obtaining a high-grade animal can rely upon filling their requirements at the sale on Tuesday n»it. ■ ~
