LONDON April 29. In the case Page v. Walker, the whp is the claimant to tHe P^,ge estate in Middlesex, sought an injunction restraining the defendant 'from interfering with his possession of :a farm in the parish of Kingsbury. Mr Justice Eve, in dismissing the ■ case with costs, declared that the action was based, on shadowy evidence and reckless statements. He wished that he haß power to stop such -proceedings.
